This walk through can be booked separately or as an add on to a purchase of a new home. With years of past experience working for a local builder I have completed hundreds of these walks. Sometime's referred to as QC or QA walks, these can be very different from a general home inspection. This walk focuses on the function, aesthetics, and overall efficiency of the new home build. Often times a "middle man" can be a huge asset in communication between a builder and homeowner over expectations of what may or may not be completed. A Blue Tape walk will only be scheduled as a team effort with your builder. Our goal is to work with your builder and walk them along our findings as well. Buying or building a new home can be stressful, we're only here to make the process easier for everybody involved.
